Hi, I’m Josh.

I have always enjoyed helping others and have been doing so for many years. My favorite topic is helping someone with relational issues. This is because I believe relationships influence us a lot (starting from when we are born!). Together, we can discover how relationships in your life contributed to or caused the symptoms you struggle with. You will have tools to use to deal with your troubling thoughts and feelings, and they will have less of an influence on you.

I strive to be productive, and you will notice and feel this in sessions based on how I will always try to steer sessions toward something helpful for you. This makes me empathize and feel frustrated with you when you feel stuck and frustrated.

It is totally normal to feel lousy sometimes, and I understand that you can get tired of feeling this way. I hate when feeling anxious makes me resistant to doing something, too! It is also uncomfortable to want to make changes or try something new, but I admire anyone that pushes themselves to grow.
